Refund policy

At Unimos, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience with clear guidelines on returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.


1. Return & Exchange Policy

Return / Exchange Eligibility
  • Return/exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Unboxing video and product images are mandatory to verify return claims and avoid fraudulent cases.

  • Exchange is subject to availability of the item.

🎥 Requests without proper images or video may be declined.

🔄 Free Returns & Exchanges
  • First 2 returns per customer are free.

  • ₹50 return fee applies on the 3rd return.

  • ₹100 return fee applies from the 4th return onwards.

🛡️ This helps us reduce misuse and remain sustainable.


2. Pickup & Self-Shipping Guidelines

📦 Pickup by Unimos
  • All eligible returns/exchanges are picked up by our courier partners.

  • Pickup timelines may vary based on your location (generally within 3–5 business days).

🚚 If Pickup is Unavailable
  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you may self-ship the product via any courier (India Post preferred).

  • We will reimburse the courier charges upon receiving:

    • Valid courier invoice/receipt

    • Tracking details shared via email to care@unimos.in


3. Exchange & Refund Timelines

  • Exchange orders are dispatched within 2 business days after pickup and quality check.

    Delivery of the exchanged product will follow our standard delivery timelines:

      • 1–4 business days for metro cities

      • 4–7 business days for the rest of India

     

  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving and verifying the product.
    Once processed, the refund amount is credited within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (varies by your bank or payment provider).


4. Refund Process

💳 Prepaid Orders
  • Refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
  • Refunded via bank transfer or UPI, after you share your details over email.

🔔 Important Notes
  • Only the product cost is refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If you used a discount code or offer, only the paid amount is refunded—not the coupon value.


5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

Order Cancellations
  • Can be requested by email to care@unimos.in.

  • Only possible before the order is shipped.

  • If already shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return it after delivery.

📝 Order Modifications
  • Changes to address, contact number, or product can only be made before the order is shipped.

  • Contact us immediately via email for modifications.


6. Shipment Tracking & Delivery Issues

🔗 Track Your Order or Return
  • Track your shipment or return pickup using tracking links shared via email or SMS.

📬 Delivery Issues
  • If your order is marked "delivered" but not received, notify us within 48 hours at care@unimos.in.

  • Delayed reports may not be eligible for resolution.


7. Return Misuse & Fraud Policy

We monitor return patterns to protect against abuse. Accounts with suspicious activity may face:

  • Return restrictions

  • Order rejection

  • Account suspension


8. Return Address

For self-shipping, our return address will be shared via email once your return is approved.
