Delivery Coverage
We proudly ship PAN India. Our goal is to reach every pin code, including remote and underserved areas, ensuring accessibility to all.

Exchange Shipments
For approved exchanges, we arrange the reverse pickup.
Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, the replacement product is dispatched within 2 business days.
It will then be delivered as per our standard delivery timelines based on your location.
Undeliverable Packages
If the courier partner is unable to deliver due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you for further steps. Re-shipping charges may apply.
